Placement Process
In the final year, companies start visiting the colleges for recruitment. Designation and package is already decided by the company. There are two type of campus processes one is Pool campus and second is closed campus. Pool campus is where students from different colleges are allowed to join placement process and in closed campus students of particular college which has called the company for placements will participate in placement process. Rounds of recruitment company will decide that what kind of process students will follow. Standard process is there will be written examination following some technical rounds and at the and HR round. After every round Recruiters release a list of shortlisted candidate who will go ahead for next round and at the and final list is out. Final list contains the name of the selected students in that particular company. At the end you get your joining letter with all the details in it. We almost have discussed about all in placement process but there is an important point which can not be unnoticed that is college selection.
