Why Shyam Balaji College

The Shyam Balaji College, SBC Mahasamund is an all-India Institute for higher education established in 2014. The primary motive of SBC is to "train young men and women able and eager to create and put into action such ideas, methods, techniques, and information". The Institute is a dream come true of its founder Mr. H.K. Chandrakar - an eminent Educationist and Philanthropist. What started in the early 1990s as a small school blossomed into a set of colleges for higher education, ranging from the Humanities to Education.

Over the years, SBC has provided the highest quality technical education to students from all over India admitted based on merit. Our campus is right at the heart of one of Mahasamund's most distinctive and unique areas, Ayodhya Nagar.
